If it is a good fit, we go deeper. I learn the details: destinations you have loved, what you want more of, what you want to avoid, budget parameters, and timing.
I develop a fully personalized proposal, including options, recommendations, and my rationale for each choice. You review it, ask questions, and we refine it until it is right.
Once your itinerary is finalized, I handle all reservations, deposits, and confirmations. You will have a complete, organized record of everything.
Before you leave, I provide a thorough walkthrough of your trip: what to bring, what to expect, documentation requirements, insurance recommendations, and direct contact information for the journey ahead.
